Temple History

Vaishno Devi is one of the most sacred pilgrimage destinations in India located in the Trikuta Hills near Katra in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi attracts millions of devotees every year who undertake a spiritual journey through scenic mountain paths to reach the temple cave. Pilgrims trek approximately 13 kilometers from Katra while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys.
